Every AI tool shows you what it found or wrote before anything is used. Nothing is sent, priced or signed on the AI’s word alone.
The AI works from your company’s own records, and only for your company. We do not use customers’ records to train AI models.
Describe a job in a sentence or two, or upload a photo of it, and the AI drafts a short bill of quantities: the main items, a quantity and rate for each, a total, and how confident it is in each line.
It is a first draft. You check every line before it goes into an estimate; nothing should go to a client that only the AI has looked at.
Describe one item of work and its unit, and it gives three rates, low, mid and high, with how confident it is. Each rate is kept in your cost database, so the same item is instant next time, and you can see how old it is.
The rates come from general knowledge. You check them against what you actually pay before you use them.
On a scanned drawing, click one symbol, such as a socket or a light fitting, and the AI finds the rest of them.
Every item it finds is ringed on the drawing for you to review before the count is used.

AI skills for tendering, each written as a standard procedure. Give a skill a tender document and it returns a piece of the tender: a list of what must be built, a first estimate, a programme, a check that nothing was missed, or a draft letter of offer.

The lines fill in the order form. You check them and save the order.
When a fault comes in with a photo, the AI reads it and fills in what is blank: a title, a description, the category and a priority. What it saw is kept on the ticket.
The desk sees what the AI saw beside the ticket and can change any of it.
When several tickets are waiting, it looks at each one’s priority and time left, and at each engineer’s workload, and suggests who should take what.

Attach a gas, electrical or fire certificate and the AI reads it: the inspection date, when the next is due, the result, its number, who inspected, and any remedial actions with their codes.
You check what it read, then press Use these to fill the record and raise the remedial actions as work orders.
Photograph a defect and the AI suggests its type, the trade, how serious it is and a repair cost.
You read the suggestion and apply it to the form only if it is right.
For one building, a health score and the equipment most likely to fail, with a likelihood and a time window, worked out from its records. On request, the AI writes a plain-English briefing on what to do first.
The score and the list are arithmetic from your records. The briefing adds no new facts; you decide what to do.
For one building and one month: faults and how many were answered within the contract’s response times, planned maintenance done, and each certificate and whether it is in date. The AI drafts the covering summary from those figures only.
