AI in Pinnqle

Every AI tool, and where a person approves its work.

AI in Pinnqle reads what you are sent, drafts what you send, and answers from your own records. It does not decide, price, send or sign anything on its own.

The software does the sums

Totals, valuations, dates and due dates are worked out by Pinnqle itself, the same way every time. The AI reads, drafts and explains.

A person approves

Every AI tool shows you what it found or wrote before anything is used. Nothing is sent, priced or signed on the AI’s word alone.

Your records, kept private

The AI works from your company’s own records, and only for your company. We do not use customers’ records to train AI models.

Win

In Quick Estimate (AI)

Quick Estimate

Describe a job in a sentence or two, or upload a photo of it, and the AI drafts a short bill of quantities: the main items, a quantity and rate for each, a total, and how confident it is in each line.

Where you decide

It is a first draft. You check every line before it goes into an estimate; nothing should go to a client that only the AI has looked at.

In AI Cost Advisor

AI Cost Advisor

Describe one item of work and its unit, and it gives three rates, low, mid and high, with how confident it is. Each rate is kept in your cost database, so the same item is instant next time, and you can see how old it is.

Where you decide

The rates come from general knowledge. You check them against what you actually pay before you use them.

In PDF Takeoff

Count similar

On a scanned drawing, click one symbol, such as a socket or a light fitting, and the AI finds the rest of them.

Where you decide

Every item it finds is ringed on the drawing for you to review before the count is used.

In BIM & CAD Takeoff

AI Model Assistant

Ask questions about the 3D model you have open, answered from its take-off, and send the quantities to your bill.

Where you decide

You choose which quantities go into the bill.

In Construction SOPs

Construction SOPs

AI skills for tendering, each written as a standard procedure. Give a skill a tender document and it returns a piece of the tender: a list of what must be built, a first estimate, a programme, a check that nothing was missed, or a draft letter of offer.

Where you decide

Every result waits for a person to approve it.

Build

In Project Agents

Project Agents

Five AI specialists, each for one part of running a job: a site manager, an estimator, a commercial manager, a health, safety and quality adviser, and a planner. Ask one to check a bill for gaps, compare subcontractors’ quotes or review a tender. Each works to written house rules you can read.

Where you decide

The agents draft. A person approves.

In AI Site Manager

AI Site Manager

A chat about how the company is running today, answered from a summary of your records: tasks, materials running low, people and their hours, and your projects. It can draft a short note from what it has said.

Where you decide

It answers and drafts. You decide what is sent.

In Document Analytics

AI Legal Assistant

Reads a contract, an insurance certificate or an agreement, answers questions about it, points out the clauses worth a second look, and drafts simple agreements such as a non-disclosure agreement.

Where you decide

Its drafts are first drafts to have checked. It is not legal advice.

In Materials

Supplier invoice reading

Upload a supplier’s invoice and Pinnqle reads the lines off it, so nobody types them in.

Where you decide

The lines fill in the order form. You check them and save the order.

Maintain

In Service Desk

Read a photo on a fault

When a fault comes in with a photo, the AI reads it and fills in what is blank: a title, a description, the category and a priority. What it saw is kept on the ticket.

Where you decide

The desk sees what the AI saw beside the ticket and can change any of it.

In Service Desk

AI schedule

When several tickets are waiting, it looks at each one’s priority and time left, and at each engineer’s workload, and suggests who should take what.

Where you decide

It suggests. You assign.

In Buildings

Read a certificate

Attach a gas, electrical or fire certificate and the AI reads it: the inspection date, when the next is due, the result, its number, who inspected, and any remedial actions with their codes.

Where you decide

You check what it read, then press Use these to fill the record and raise the remedial actions as work orders.

In Buildings

Defect from a photo

Photograph a defect and the AI suggests its type, the trade, how serious it is and a repair cost.

Where you decide

You read the suggestion and apply it to the form only if it is right.

In AI Intelligence

AI Intelligence

For one building, a health score and the equipment most likely to fail, with a likelihood and a time window, worked out from its records. On request, the AI writes a plain-English briefing on what to do first.

Where you decide

The score and the list are arithmetic from your records. The briefing adds no new facts; you decide what to do.

In Reporting

Monthly client pack

For one building and one month: faults and how many were answered within the contract’s response times, planned maintenance done, and each certificate and whether it is in date. The AI drafts the covering summary from those figures only.

Where you decide

You read and change the summary before it goes to the client.

Run the business

In Finances

AI Financial Audit

Checks your payroll and materials against your own records and lists what does not match.

Where you decide

Each finding is for you to check before you act on it.

In Inbox

AI email writer

Say in a sentence what an email should say, and it writes a full draft in your company’s name, as a new message or a reply.

Where you decide

The draft opens for you to review and edit. You send it.

In Help & Training

Archer, your guide

Teaches any screen step by step, on the real screen, out loud, gives a quick tour, and answers questions about whatever is in front of you.

Where you decide

A lesson never moves on by itself. If Archer cannot answer, it says so and you can ask for a person.

How much AI use is included

An allowance on every plan, more on the bigger ones.

AI estimates you have asked for recently are kept, so asking the same thing again does not use it up.
