Variations done but never valued
Every change is recorded with what it is worth as it happens, and carried into the next valuation.
A notice missed, and the right to time or money lost with it
Each delay is recorded against the number of days the contract gives you to give notice.
Payment claims made late, or not followed up
A claim each period, with the date the payment schedule is due. If none comes back in time, Pinnqle says the client is liable for the full amount claimed.
Subcontractors paid what they claimed, not what they did
Each subcontractor’s claim is valued against the work done before it is paid.
Labour hours that never reach the job
Hours on timesheets become pay, and pay becomes cost on the job they were worked on.
